Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the Phase 1 of the proposed Technology Park will be received until 10:00 AM, local time, on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors and then publicly opened and read at the County Administration Office located at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS 39470. Sealed bids shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete Phase 1 of the proposed Technology Park . Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.
The work under this contract includes Clearing, Grubbing, Earthwork, Stone Base, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Concrete for Minor Structures, Reinforced Concrete Pipe, STWPPP Measures and all related work as described in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for viewing and obtaining at www.dunganeng.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
