Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the Rouses Access Road Extension Project will be received until 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, August 29, 2024, by the City of Picayune and then publicly opened and read at Picayune City Hall located at 203 Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune, MS 39466. Sealed bids shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the Rouses Access Road Extension Project. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.
The work under this contract includes the roadway construction of an existing road extension for dual access between Highland Parkway and neighboring businesses in the City of Picayune, Mississippi, including all related work as described in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documents are available for viewing and obtaining at www.dunganeng.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM, local time, at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, Mississippi, 39466. All interested parties are urged to attend this conference.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The City of Picayune reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
